  • Grounded Alignment is a Hatha-inspired yoga class designed to get all bodies moving mindfully. Guided by experienced instructors who appreciate the nuances of body diversity, we provide personalized techniques that empower you to move confidently through any yoga class. Embrace your unique strengths and feel grounded, strong, and balanced—both on and off the mat. Classes may include but are not limited to standing, balancing, twists, forward folds and inversions.

  • Dynamic Flow is a vinyasa yoga class aimed to coordinate breath and movement to warm up the body. Your instructor will offer a breath based, alignment-oriented class, with creative sequencing, to ensure your body feels supported and included on your yoga journey. Classes may include but are not limited to standing, balancing, twists, forward folds and inversions.

  • Iyengar Yoga is known for its attention to detail, dedication to alignment, and its accessibility to practitioners of all body types and skill levels. In this class you will utilize an array of props, including blankets, blocks, and straps in order to ensure that everyone can fully engage in and experience the transformative benefits of the practice. Rooted in compassion and mindfulness, Iyengar Yoga offers a methodical and precise pathway to self-discovery and holistic wellness. Each week will focus on one of the following: standing, balancing, twists, forward folds, inversions and restorative poses.

Your instructor will offer creative sequencing and thoughtful modifications to ensure every pose feels accessible and supportive. Whether you’re new to yoga or revisiting the basics, this class is here to help you connect breath to movement, fostering a sense of ease and confidence in your practice. Classes may include but are not limited to standing, balancing, twists, forward folds and inversions.

  • Community Flow is a vinyasa yoga class aimed to coordinate breath and movement to warm up the body. Your instructor will offer a breath based, alignment-oriented class with creative sequencing, to ensure your body feels supported and included on your yoga journey. Vinyasa yoga to move your body and go easy on the pocketbook.

    As a community class, this session is offered on a sliding scale, making it accessible to all. Come as you are, and find your flow in a supportive and inclusive environment. Pay what you can ($1 - $25) or use any active subscription/class card.

  • Find stillness and release in our deeply restorative Deep Release Yin yoga class. Designed to target the deeper connective tissues, this class offers long-held, passive stretches that enhance flexibility and encourage deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this Deep Release Yin yoga class provides a calming space to unwind, reset, and connect with your body on a deeper level.

  • Step onto the mat and join a supportive community of like-minded individuals on the path to recovery. In this class, we'll move through asana (yoga postures) with the shared intention of untethering the mind and finding space to heal. The focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where everyone can come as they are, and designed for anyone in recovery from all forms of substance use, creating a supportive space for healing and connection.

    In an effort to make this class accessible to all bodies in recovery, we offer it on a sliding scale, ensuring it’s available to everyone. Sliding scale: pay what you can ($5 - $33) or use any active subscription/class card.
