We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least one hour before the class begins to avoid a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged a $10 fee. You can easily manage your bookings or cancellations through your Union account or by emailing us at hello@fullbodiedyogapdx.com.

Wear comfy clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring your own mat (we have a handful to borrow) and anything else you need to support your practice (water bottles, towels, etc.).

Coined in 1989 by American law professor and civil rights activist, Kimberlé Crenshaw, intersectional feminism is a movement that recognizes how different factors of discrimination can affect someone's life at an intersection (such as race, class, gender, age, ethnicity, and religion) can effect someone's life at an intersection. It focuses on understanding how different forms of inequality often operate together and exacerbate each other. And it centers the voices of those experiencing overlapping forms of oppression.

Most of our classes are suitable for pregnant individuals with an existing practice. We recommend informing the teacher before class so they can offer appropriate support. It is highly encouraged to consult with your healthcare provider along the way. Physical changes to your body might mean physical changes to your practice and we are here to assist with this special time in your life.
